"let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream." Amos 5:24

Justice is a goal to be always sought, even if never perfectly achieved. Yet, in case after case, shattered lives are rebuilt through the American justice system; a system designed to seek justice for the injured, the maimed and the meek. This website documents some of these stories of Real Cases, involving Real People.

For over 20 years, insurance companies and multinational corporations have spent millions of dollars to attack the American justice system with invective and falsehood. They have generated and circulated anecdotes of "frivolous lawsuits" which are either totally false or misleading in their call for "tort reform." Many of these companies have long records of misconduct, sometimes criminal.
